Risk notice
Concord is not an adviser, a broker or a fund. Nothing on this site or in the product is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Trading tokenised equities can lose you everything you put in. Specific to this market:
- Stock Tokens are not shares. They give economic exposure, not ownership or shareholder rights.
- Weekend gaps. A token can drift for 60 hours with no cash market to anchor it, then reprice violently at the bell.
- Pool liquidity. Depth at 3am is not depth at noon. Exit prices can be far from the mark.
- Automation risk. Agents can be confidently wrong. Concord reduces that; it does not remove it.
- Regulatory change. The rules around tokenised securities are moving, and access can change without notice.
Licence
Your subscription lets you run Concord on books you control, personally or commercially. You may not resell it or strip its signature.
Who is responsible for what
We provide the decision procedure and the plumbing. You provide the keys, the limits and the signature. Every position that exists, exists because you signed for it — a passing concord is a request, never an authorisation.
Warranty
Provided as is. Markets, chains and model providers all fail in ways nobody planned. Do not run a book you cannot afford to see cut in half.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous three months. Trading losses are never recoverable from us.
Ending it
Cancel any time from the app. Your book lives in your wallet — there is nothing of yours for us to hold on to.
