Do you hold my money?

No, and we could not if we wanted to. Concord has a read key and the ability to build a transaction. Signing happens in your wallet, on your machine.

What if a model provider goes down at 3am?

The desk stops proposing and holds the book. No agent can act on a stale view — a proposal without fresh quotes expires instead of executing.

What does the free tier actually cost me?

Gas and your own model key. Nothing to us. It signs real trades on your wallet — the paid tiers only change how much the crew may do without asking.

Are model costs included?

On Night shift, yes, within fair use. On the free tier you bring your own model key. On Desk and Fund you plug in your own and pay providers directly.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the app. The book is yours — it lives in your wallet, not in our database.
